What is IET?
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a gentle hands-on (or off) healing modality that releases blockages in emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual areas. It accesses and clears energy stuck in the body's cellular memory, promoting healing and balance. It aids in releasing limiting patterns and beliefs for empowerment and well-being, supporting emotional healing and spiritual growth.

Akashic Record Reading
Simply put, think of the Akashic Records as an energetic library for your beautiful soul. This reading is more of a conversation in which I channel your personal Record Keepers. (Think of them as spiritual beings who protect your records.)
In this space, we deep into your life’s purpose, tap into past lives, peek at potential future lives, heal energetic traumas, and so much more.
Each session is a little bit different and is pretty guided by your Record Keepers; they won’t tell you any information they don’t want you to know.
Clients walk away with clarity, feeling energetically lighter, and with an improved connection to their higher self.
